The safe would not work so a man from the crane resort had to come and fix it. Several men had to come and replace the tile. A tile in the bathroom shower, attached to the drain for the shower water, was cracked in half so it made showering difficult because you didn't want to get cut on your feet. Upon arrival, I found out that the sliding door in the bathroom was completely off the hinges and was pushing backwards as if it was a window you push open. Shantel/Chantel was my Concierge and was called numerous times due to areas of my Villa that was broken. Beach Houses as not been responsive in compensating me or giving me a refund for ruining my trip and having an unsafe and uncomfortable stay.
My birthday stay was ruined due to the following events. I arrived around 530am on 7/29 and left on 8/2 at 115am in the morning. It was my worst Villa/Hotel Stay EVER! Don't go! I was at Villa 4133.
